Flat roofs using EPDM or TPO materials generally last 15 to 30 years. Several indicators suggest potential storm damage to your roof. These include missing shingles, loose or upturned shingles, and shingles found in your yard following high winds. For hail damage, we can assist by tracking hail patterns in North Carolina for the past eight years. Dark water stains on your ceiling may indicate a leak possibly caused by storm damage. During our inspection, we can assess whether your roof requires repair or replacement, and if insurance might cover the costs.

Bear Impact Roofing is experienced in working with insurance companies and familiar with the claim process. Following our roof inspection and discussion of findings, we can, with your consent, contact your insurance provider, assist in scheduling adjusters, and advocate on your behalf during the adjuster's assessment. Our goal is to simplify the claim process for our customers.

Bear Impact Roofing maintains comprehensive insurance coverage, including bonding insurance, liability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance. We also hold manufacturer certifications and offer material and labor warranties. Our installation crews are covered by workers' compensation and general liability insurance. We are prepared to provide proof of insurance documentation upon request.

Our roofing product range includes standard 3-tab asphalt shingles, architectural asphalt shingles, metal roofing, standing seam metal roofing, and TPO and EPDM flat roofing systems. We offer installation services for all these roofing types.

In addition to our roofing services, we have dedicated gutter installers capable of installing various types of gutters and gutter guards for both residential and commercial properties. While we may not directly offer all exterior home services, we maintain a network of reputable contractors for various projects and are happy to provide referrals for services outside our direct offerings.
